  • 15% service fee from Freelancers. For freelancers who subscribe to our monthly plan, no service fee will be charged. Please contact Synlancer for monthly plan.
  • Zero fee for Clients.

These fees are used to maintain platform operations, payment processing, support services, and quality assurance.

4. Refund Policy

Synlancers offers a 7-day refund policy, subject to review.

  • Refund eligibility depends on the nature of the service and transaction status.
  • All refund requests are reviewed by our Support Team.
  • Our Support Team evaluates all relevant facts, communications, and service progress before making a final decision.
  • Synlancers reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
