Welcome to Synlancers (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, “us”), accessible at https://synlancers.com. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our freelance services platform as a Client or Freelancer.
By registering, accessing, or using Synlancers, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Platform Overview
Synlancers is a freelance marketplace that connects Clients with Freelancers for professional services. Synlancers is not a party to the agreement between Clients and Freelancers and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided.
2. Eligibility
To use Synlancers, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Client Responsibilities:
- Provide clear and accurate project requirements
- Make timely payments for agreed services
- Communicate professionally with Freelancers
- Freelancer Responsibilities:
- Deliver services as agreed with the Client
- Provide accurate skill, profile, and portfolio information
- Comply with deadlines and quality standards
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.
4. Fees & Payments
Synlancers charges platform service fees as follows:
- 15% service fee from Freelancers. For freelancers who subscribe to our monthly plan, no service fee will be charged. Please contact Synlancer for monthly plan.
- Zero fee for clients.
Fees are deducted or added at the time of transaction and are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Refund Policy
- Synlancers offers a 3-day refund policy, subject to review.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days of payment.
- All refund requests are reviewed by the Synlancers Support Team.
- Refund decisions are based on service status, communication history, and supporting evidence.
- Synlancers reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests at its sole discretion.
6. Payments & Payouts
- Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers.
- Freelancers receive payouts after service milestones or completion, subject to platform rules.
- Synlancers is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Circumvent platform fees
- Engage in harassment, abuse, or illegal activities
- Share personal contact details to bypass the Platform
- Infringe intellectual property rights
Violation may result in suspension or termination of the account.
8. Intellectual Property
- Freelancers retain ownership of their work until payment is completed, unless otherwise agreed.
- Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the Client as per the agreed scope.
- Synlancers retains ownership of all platform content, branding, and software.
9. Limitation of Liability
Synlancers shall not be liable for:
- Disputes between Clients and Freelancers
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
- Service delays, errors, or failures beyond our control
Use of the Platform is at your own risk.
10. Termination
Synlancers may suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if users violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities. Users may close their accounts at any time, subject to pending obligations.
11. Privacy
Your use of Synlancers is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your personal data.
12. Changes to Terms
Synlancers reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
